Therapy, also known as psychotherapy, is a type of treatment that helps individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships in a safe and supportive environment. The goal of therapy is to help people improve their overall well-being, overcome mental health challenges, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. 
It's important to note that therapy is a collaborative process between the individual and their therapist, and that it requires a willingness to engage in self-reflection and make changes in one's life. While therapy can be challenging at times, it can also be incredibly rewarding and can lead to long-lasting positive changes in a person's life.
